The range is handcrafted in central Java from fast growing mango wood that is felled only when the tree has come to the end of its productive fruiting life; none of the timber is from endangered rainforests or subject to certification. With each worker paid higher than the government’s minimum wage and benefiting from excellent working conditions this is indeed rich, warm furniture produced in a matching environment. This stunning collection comes in a dark chocolate, highly polished wax finish, (see right), suiting both modern and traditional styles and superb build quality and craftsmanship ensures furniture that will last for many years to come. Each pieces features beautifully patterned, hand-selected timbers that shows off the exquisite flame-like grain of mango wood. The Tiger 3-door wardrobe combines style with practicality; three large panelled doors open smoothly with round cast metal handles to reveal a full-length hanging rail and removable shelf. This wardrobe is easily dismantled for simple assembly.
